- Creating educational materials for nurses in transition
- Developing educational content
- Developing content that includes case studies, activities, references and learner guide questions, and answers
Position Requirements Include:
- LTC nurse practicing in the field of LTC and validates or educates LTC nurses in the nursing home environment
- Clinically current regarding nursing specialty standards and professional practices
- Ability to learn the Competency-Based System to support education modules
- Ability to work quickly with accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective teaching strategies
