Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Loss Reporting Billing Support Representative in Columbus.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing first level claim and billing support by answering incoming calls from agents, insureds or claimants
- Processing all automobile, homeowner and workers’ compensation losses
- Referring customers to body shops, emergency repair services, and set up vehicle rentals as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experienced Call Center Representatives have work from home options once fully trained
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience required
- Proficiency with computers in order to access information from various programs
- Strong analytical and basic mathematical skills
