  • Associate’s degree in Nursing combined with 2+ years of experience
  • Current, unrestricted LVN license specific to the state of employment
  • 2+ years of managed care and/or case management experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Knowledge of managed care, medical terminology, claims, ICD-9 codes, etc
