Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Telecommute M and R Member Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
- Supporting team morale, team building, and employee trust through frequent feedback and recognition
- Leading and developing team members to compassionately provide service and advocate for M&R members and callers
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of call center experience (not industry specific)
- 5 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated leadership/facilitation skills
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to address conflict proactively
