Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Telecommute M and R Member Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
  • Supporting team morale, team building, and employee trust through frequent feedback and recognition
  • Leading and developing team members to compassionately provide service and advocate for M&R members and callers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of call center experience (not industry specific)
  • 5 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated leadership/facilitation skills
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to address conflict proactively
