A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Mac and Desktop Support Technician in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all corporate related technology issues and questions
- Maintaining an up-to-date, working knowledge of Microsoft, Dell and Apple products and news
- Effectively communicating knowledge with other team members through training and documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 Years - ServiceDesk or IT Support Role
- Adept at troubleshooting Windows operating systems and hardware - Windows 7, Win10, WinXP
- Very good English language skills
- Must be passionate about IT and Technology
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
