A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Mac and Desktop Support Technician in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all corporate related technology issues and questions
  • Maintaining an up-to-date, working knowledge of Microsoft, Dell and Apple products and news
  • Effectively communicating knowledge with other team members through training and documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 Years - ServiceDesk or IT Support Role
  • Adept at troubleshooting Windows operating systems and hardware - Windows 7, Win10, WinXP
