Job Summary

A financial technology company specializing in mortgage loan automation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mainframe Programmer III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting and de-bugging of COBOL programs, JCL, CICS, and VSAM files
  • Resolving mainframe abends within batch processing and CICS modules and screens
  • Participating in meetings with other technical staff, business owners and subject matter experts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Experience working within the MSP environment to include FM processing as well as independent COBOL programs
  • Experience working with mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and Abend-Aid
  • Experience building and supporting IBM Mainframe applications
  • Knowledge of Black Knight business environment and the application development environment a plus
  • Financial, Mortgage or Home Equity Service Industry experience is a plus
