Job Summary
A full-service maintenance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Maintenance Solutions Account Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and sustaining relationships with major retail facility accounts
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Being the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have previous experience working for a retailer
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Must have strong computer and communication skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Must be experienced as either an owners representative or retail contractor
