Job Summary
A software-as-a-service development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Major Accounts Customer Success Manager II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain strong, credible relationships
- Work collaboratively with counterparts in our Sales organization on the strategic account plan for each customer
- Drive adoption of our solution in the customer organization
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to build exceptional relationships with your customers and go above and beyond to deliver for them
- Have 5-7 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager / Client Executive in a SaaS organization
- Have some level of domain expertise in Human Resources
- Good working knowledge of HR information systems and technology, business intelligence, applied analytics, etc
