Job Summary
An educational nonprofit needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Major Gift Officer in the Western Region.
Must be able to:
- Assist in managing efforts of senior staff
- Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and campaign prospects in the assigned region
- Devise donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 35-40% travel
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to effectively work under pressure, use independent judgment and produce a quality work product
- Ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative and provide solutions
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication, effective listening and interpersonal skills
