Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Major Gifts Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and manage a portfolio of 150-200 primary prospects
- Manage prospect activity in the primary territories and track activity in Sales Force
- Participate in all aspects of the gift cycle
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel estimated at 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or education/experience equivalency
- Minimum of seven years of demonstrated successful experience developing and stewarding a major gifts portfolio
- Successful track record of recruiting and working with high level volunteers
- Experience closing six and seven figure asks
