Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Major Gifts Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage a portfolio of 150-200 primary prospects
  • Manage prospect activity in the primary territories and track activity in Sales Force
  • Participate in all aspects of the gift cycle

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel estimated at 30%
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or education/experience equivalency
  • Minimum of seven years of demonstrated successful experience developing and stewarding a major gifts portfolio
  • Successful track record of recruiting and working with high level volunteers
  • Experience closing six and seven figure asks
