Job Summary
A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Managed Care RN Case Manager II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating the clinical progression of care
- Managing and prioritizing care coordination activities
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A degree from an accredited program of nursing
- 4+ years Case Management or acute care coordination experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Windows, Excel and prior use of a laptop
- US Citizenship and the ability to pass federal security clearance screening
- An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence
