Job Summary
A consulting and development agency has an open position for a Telecommute Managed Services Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting new customer onboarding, knowledge transfer and setup of operations
- Coordinating with offshore managed services teams to clarify issues and analyze problems
- Creating and documenting change and enhancement requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce administration, development, or configuration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
