Job Summary

A product development company is in need of a Telecommute Managed Services Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining open and clear communication with clients during the timeframe of the SOW
  • Installing and configuring Windchill tools
  • Following the established project plan

Qualifications Include:

  • 0-2 year's of experience managing product information or components of products with PTC tools
  • Experience with Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, Troubleshooting etc
  • Bachelor of Science degree in technical field
  • 1-2 years system administrator experience
  • Ability to manage to deadlines and meet project and corporate goals
  • Possess understanding of Product Data Management Business Processes
