Job Summary
An organizational management platform developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Management Platform Senior Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Own all aspect of the sales process, ensuring quarterly sales goals are met or exceeded
- Understand and articulate the value of the product to C-level executives and other leaders
- Execute a repeatable prospecting approach that ensures a consistent sales pipeline
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other industry events
- 4-8 years of SaaS sales experience. History of selling to HR a plus
- Consistent track record of successfully exceeding quota for multiple quarters
- History of closing deals above $40,000 ACV
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- Willingness to work cross functionally on go-to-market planning and product development
