Job Summary
A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Managing Editor.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Provide assistance to volume editors in their work
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of volumes’ text
Qualifications for this position include:
- A bachelor's degree related to the study of vernacular music of the southern Protestant diaspora
- Knowledge of and expertise in the music, print history, and cultural context of one or more genres
- Knowledge and expertise in the editing and production of music editions
- Knowledge and expertise in the production and curation of digital collections, or related work
- Demonstrated project management skills
