Job Summary
A winemaker and retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Managing Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing relationships and accountability with executive level of distributor leadership
- Providing leadership, mentoring and support to direct reports throughout assigned territory
- Preparing forecasts for shipments, depletions and budgeting for all brands on an as needed basis
Required Skills:
- Ability to gain insights from analytics to develop Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans for geography
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships with Corporate and Brand Management
- Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ability to successfully raise organizational capability through development and performance management
- 4 Year College Degree
- High level of proficiency with MS Office
