Job Summary

A winemaker and retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Managing Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing relationships and accountability with executive level of distributor leadership
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and support to direct reports throughout assigned territory
  • Preparing forecasts for shipments, depletions and budgeting for all brands on an as needed basis

Required Skills:

  • Ability to gain insights from analytics to develop Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans for geography
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships with Corporate and Brand Management
  • Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Ability to successfully raise organizational capability through development and performance management
  • 4 Year College Degree
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office
