Job Summary
A financial technology solutions provider has a current position open for a Senior Director Manged Services Operations for FIS Insurance.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with solution and product management, technology operations, professional services and sales functions
- Focus on the development of product and service enhancements
- Provide accurate and timely deliverables for our customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel Percentage: 30
- Experience Desired: At least 10 years
- Education Desired: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Must be able to manage the teams to ensure we are meeting SLA's (service level agreements)
