Job Summary

A manufacturing and retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Manufacturing and Retail Growth Product Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRO, engineering & UI/UX teams to manage the roadmap, strategy and budgets
  • Collaborate cross functionally to implement an eCommerce personalization practice
  • Ensure that all pages are optimized for SEO

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing disciplines and/or growth product
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem
  • Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Experience growing a digitally-native consumer business from the ground up
  • Exceptional analytical skills and fluency in filtering, structuring, and presenting data
