A leader in the energy industry is filling a position for a Telecommute Market Manager.

Must be able to:

• Recruit, hire and train and develop talent to sell home warranty products
• Lead an orientation program for new hires and a performance plan
• Work with employees in the field regularly to ensure their success

Required Skills:

• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record, a reliable form of transportation, auto insurance coverage
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams and develop talent
• Results orientation/sense of urgency
• Adaptable with the ability to lead change effectively
• Problem solving and decision making
• Ability to calculate figures for discounts, commission volume, etc.
