Job Summary
A healthcare management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Market Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Organize, attend and/or participate in monthly and/or weekly operating meetings with Population Health stakeholders at customer sites
- Develop strategic and implementation plans for programs to capitalize on aforementioned opportunities
- Develop Objectives and Key Results (OKR's) for self and direct reports on a quarterly basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel required in role to support region growth
- B.A./B.S. and MBA preferred from a highly regarded institution of higher learning
- 3 to 5 years of client facing experience within the healthcare domain
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with physician practices including; provider relations, provider education and/or practice management
- Exceptional client-facing skills
- Ability to operate independently and lead complex client interactions at C-level
