Job Summary
A cybersecurity and compliance professional services firm is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Administrative Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Maintain appointment calendar for CMO
- Schedule appointments and meetings with other departments and external contacts
- Reserve meeting space, arrange for audio/visual equipment, and publish agendas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 1 year of experience in general office responsibilities
- 2 years of experience with administrative tasks preferred
- Excellent composition, grammar, and business language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, flexible, well organized, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Must be able to coordinate complex travel schedules and plan/coordinate meetings and events
