Job Summary

A cybersecurity and compliance professional services firm is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Administrative Assistant.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain appointment calendar for CMO
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with other departments and external contacts
  • Reserve meeting space, arrange for audio/visual equipment, and publish agendas

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 1 year of experience in general office responsibilities
  • 2 years of experience with administrative tasks preferred
  • Excellent composition, grammar, and business language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, flexible, well organized, resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to coordinate complex travel schedules and plan/coordinate meetings and events
