Job Summary
A free software community is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Analytics Data Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and building systems capable of dynamically monitoring marketing spend against return
- Connecting and restructuring data from disparate systems to monitor and analyze user behavior
- Designing and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A Master’s or higher degree from computer, mathematical, physical, life, or social science is desirable
- Extensive experience with Spark (or similar) ecosystem
- Proficient in at least one of the SQL languages
- Strong skills in scripting language
- Experience with workflow management tools
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
