A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Marketing and Creative Recruiter in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Strategizing and executing social media and marketing programs
- Determining candidate requirements by reviewing job description and qualifications
- Attracting talent, filling jobs, and managing the talent pool
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend in-person staff meetings, visit Atlanta clients, and attend occasional evening events
- Proven work experience in closing B2B and/or professional services business
- 5+ years of recruiting or the equivalent as a marketing hiring manager/or managing a large freelance pool
- Solid understanding of print and web design, social media, advertising and marketing roles
- Experience working in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Apps
