Job Summary
A licensed customs brokerage company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Marketing Commercial Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in its global marketing strategy
- Provide legal review of marketing content
- Support marketing team in drafting, negotiating and review of commercial agreements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- JD and bar admission to practice
- 3 + years of professional experience
- In-house experience supporting sales, commercial and/or marketing teams
- Practical experience and solid knowledge of commercial and contract law
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
