Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Marketing Event Materials Coordinator in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing on-site program collateral
- Acting as the primary liaison to event exhibitors and sponsors
- Managing event vendor relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work in office 3 days, and travel to various event locations
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with conference/event collateral production
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and expense management
- Experience working within teams to achieve a shared, high-quality outcome
- Ability to quickly learn, event software for registration and event mobile apps
