Job Summary

A software foundry specializing in Ethereum blockchain services and applications has a current position open for a Telecommute Marketing Operations Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning marketing analytics & reporting, taking responsibility to build out capabilities significantly from our current setup
  • Improving intelligence of marketing automation & customer personalisation by bringing together customer data & insights
  • Managing attribution & engagement reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Sales Cloud & more

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Practical knowledge of analytical tools used to optimize online activities: HotJar, Google: Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Ability to assist marketing verticals on performance of online properties including visits, clicks, conversions, retention, churn
  • Highly numerical, research and analytical skills
  • Advanced in Excel / Google sheets formula knowledge. (pivots, functions: vlookup, countifs, sumifs. Averageifs etc)
  • Analysing data and making strategic recommendations to the internal team
