Job Summary

Marketing Outreach Strategy & Execution Consultant

Firm in the art/museum tourism industry, seeks marketing and outreach consultant. The engagement will first consist of debriefing the CEO, getting all strategic ideas onto paper and organized for review, prioritization and planning. the next step is to orchestrate the investigation and prioritization of the most promising strategies with the end initial result being a strategic expansion plan.

The successful candidate will be skilled in facilitation, organization, investigation and plan/KPI development. This person will also be experienced in building relationships and setting up strategic partnerships - and able to lead client and team in the outreach process--who to reach out to and how to best do it. Client already has focused sense of their brand and target clients for outreach.

Primary Goals:
1) Consolidate the best marketing and outreach ideas into a cohesive plan for business and partnership expansion.
2) Leading the plan execution to achieve KPIs developed as part of the plan.

Likely Focal Areas:
--Build strategy to use video for SEO, to show engagement and to best communicate on website
--Increase Trip Advisor ranking and reviews
--Investigate Influencer Marketing
--Evaluate memberships/subscriptions
--Build relationships with destination management companies and incentive travel companies
--Expand 3rd party partnerships

Secondary Goals:
--Maximize LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for corporate sales
--Build awareness in new cities through PR & sampling program
--Outreach and sampling programs to event planner groups
--Build some awareness among Travel Agents

Ideal Candidate:
--Strategic and critical thinker
--Skilled in marketing strategy and outreach best practices
--Great communications skills - verbal and written
--Experience with building process and setting priorities
--Appreciation for the arts and museums a plus

Experience with:
--Google Analytics
--Hubspot
--Video/YouTube/Vimeo or other video sharing tool
