An internet services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Marketing Platform Mid-Market Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Achieving performance targets for the mid-market and enterprise account executive team
• Building and leading a team of high-performing account executives.
• Participating in sales meetings to coach, improve win rates, and support closing new business

Required Skills:

• 3+ prior years experience in sales leadership
• 5+ years as an Account Executive or sales manager
• Proven history of consistently meeting team performance targets
• Experience managing in a high-growth, early stage company
• Experience in e-commerce, marketing technology or related field
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, coach and nurture top talent
