Job Summary
A full lifecycle marketing agency is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the sales operations and acts as the point of contact for the sales team
- Providing recommendations to the team and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
- Defining team objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-10 years experience in a Sales role
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experienced in managing sales people
- Experience working with Hubspot or a similar CRM
