Job Summary
A marketing software platform company has a current position open for a Telecommute Marketing Software Quality Control and Training Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Participate in quality calibration meetings to improve the alignment and understanding of team processes and procedures
- Analyze performance from quality assurance data and communicate trends to Support leadership and frontline teams
- Identify additional training needs from qualitative feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of quality assurance, quality control, or training experience in a SaaS technology company or a similar environment
- Attentive to detail and operate with a high level of self motivation, integrity, and energy
- Ability to make well thought out decisions through impartial, specific, and actionable analysis and feedback
- Ability to understand complex software applications and a desire to share that knowledge with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
