Job Summary

An internet company has a current position open for a Telecommute Marketing Solutions Senior Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting project timelines and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Successfully executing client engagements and acting as client point-of-contact
  • Assisting with the renewal process for annual renewal of accounts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be prepared to work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel
