Job Summary

A marketing technology company is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Technology Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Drive continuous improvement across all of Terminus processes and CS deliverables
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Management
  • Deliver strategic guidance and tactical product recommendations to ensure customer success is achieved

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years managing a book of business within Customer Success, Sales
  • C-Level experience
  • Strong analytics capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Experience quantifying business objectives
