A marketing technology company is in need of a Telecommute Marketing Technology Customer Success Manager.

- Drive continuous improvement across all of Terminus processes and CS deliverables
- Provide customer feedback to Product Management
- Deliver strategic guidance and tactical product recommendations to ensure customer success is achieved
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years managing a book of business within Customer Success, Sales
- C-Level experience
- Strong analytics capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Experience quantifying business objectives
