Job Summary

A provider of virtual call center solutions is seeking a Telecommute Mass Communications Agent Results Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to Agents
  • Promote active Agent engagement
  • Actively contribute to Agent retention

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • 1 years of contact center/BPO experience OR
  • Comparable customer service-related work experience
  • Mastery of computer basics with an affinity towards technical systems
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
  • High level of customer experience to support the Agent community
