Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Material Damage Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Appraising, adjusting and auditing automotive damage insurance claims
- Controlling costs on behalf of insurance clients
- Interacting with claimants and clients to exchange information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience with insurance carrier, automotive appraisal or body shop estimating and /or reviewing
- Current home state appraiser or adjuster license
- Strong knowledge of electronic estimating software
- ability to multi-task using multiple computer applications and multiple systems
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Possess skills/ dimensions including interpersonal orientation, deductive problem solving
