A manufacturing, discovery, and product innovation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Materials Science Organizational Change Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assessing, creating, and implementing a project change strategy
• Assessing project, function, and program leadership alignment needs
• Supporting the project team in defining and communicating project success criteria

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel globally (approximately 10%)
• 3+ years of experience applying organization effectiveness and change management
• Experience acting as an internal or external consultant
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops or other types of large engagements
