Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Maternal Child Services Strategy and Program Development Director in Fort Worth.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and developing from concept to launch clinically relevant, innovative programs and strategies
- Pre RFP response and proposal content generation
- Member, provider and customer messaging
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel may be required
- BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years of related strategic planning, project and program management experience with knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry;
- 5 years of experience in a senior management position
- Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- ability to effectively communicate to senior leaders through presentations and written proposals a program’s potential to improve outcomes, enhance growth and generate cost savings
