Job Summary

A digital curriculum company is seeking a Telecommute Math Curriculum Teacher and Writer.

Must be able to:

  • Write engaging lessons including lectures, example problems, and activities for online publication
  • Create user-friendly teacher guides and answer keys to accompany your curriculum
  • Surf the Internet for hilarious yet informative math content

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or another math-based major, with strong academic performance
  • Experience teaching mathematics to a middle school or high school audience
  • Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry concepts, such as angles,polynomials, and theorems
  • Familiarity with writing for non-academic audiences and ability to express math concepts in an engaging and approachable way
