Job Summary

A consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Math Learning Design Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving the development of teacher-facing learning content in the content area
• Piloting the content by personally facilitating it with teachers
• Managing the quality control of the content

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to schools and systems located throughout the country
• Evidence of effectiveness designing learning experiences
• Deep understanding of standards, shifts, and challenges for students and teachers in the content area
• Dramatic effectiveness over multiple years teaching and coaching within the content area
• Extremely strong facilitator both personally and in equipping others
• Cognizant of personal biases and their impact and excited to advance equity
