Job Summary
A non-profit research agency has an open position for a Telecommute Mathematics Content Specialist in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Editing and reviewing mathematics assessment items
- Serving as lead mathematics content specialist on projects
- Facilitating content review meetings
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to participate in client meetings and deliver development workshops
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in mathematics or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise with mathematics content, specifically for grades 3–high school
- Knowledge of rigorous college-and-career-ready state standards or Common Core for math
- Experience with a large-scale assessment development organization or team
- Experience with the development of high-quality items for a variety of testing purposes
