Job Summary

A direct-to-consumer mattress and bedding brand has an open position for a Telecommute Product Development Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a talented group of designers, product developers, product managers, and fabricators
  • Building a best-in-class product development milestone process
  • Managing the execution of all product development and costing activities

Required Skills:

  • A collaborative leader, leading by example, and encouraging team members
  • A curious problem-solver with a passion for human-centered design
  • 7+ years of product/e-commerce/development experience
  • A customer-first attitude who is excited to bring new ideas to the table
  • Strong experience building premium quality assortments
  • Proven track record of over-delivering to financial plans and KPIs
