Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute MDCR Broker Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives
  • Meeting established health plan broker sales goal through management of assigned block of agents
  • Prospecting for and recruiting new agents through collaboration with National and Direct agency relationships

Qualifications Include:

  • 25-50% travel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Insurance License
  • 4-6 years of experience
