A real estate professional services and investment management company is seeking a Telecommute Mechanical Services Manager in Albany.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manage small group of project managers and assistant facility managers in the execution of technical/mechanical services repairs and replacements
- Develop and provide established reporting requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service

- Manage repair and project budgets
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products
- Must possess exceptional verbal and communication skills
