Job Summary
A healthcare IT staffing and recruiting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Medhost ED Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical support for MEDHOST ED and related applications
- Troubleshoot user errors and provide timely and effective solutions and service
- Document issues and solutions and follow-up on issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel for first 4-6 weeks of project for knowledge transfer
- Experience working with MEDHOST ED application
- Extensive knowledge of Emergency Department processes and clinical workflows
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving and identifying and implementing solutions
