Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Media Outreach Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conceptualize, develop and execute a 12-month growth plan for identified audiences
- Work with editors and reporters to determine which articles, series and issues to highlight and promote
- Build relationships with reporters, editorial writers and columnists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Performs duties at the site
- Three (3) or more years of experience in communications
- Extensive experience in working with new, social and traditional media
- Proven experience in cultivating a media or similar outreach network
