Job Summary

A media sales organization is in need of a Telecommute Media Sales Operations Director.

Must be able to:

Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Work closely with sales management and sales marketing
Work with IT, implementing enabling technologies for sales team

Required Skills:

3+ years experience in either sales and/or sales operations role in a B2B Sales centric Organization
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
Deep understanding of media marketing strategies
Proven track record of exceeding goals or targets
