Job Summary

A consulting business that offers outsourced jobs all over the United States is filling a position for a Telecommute Media Strategy Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Regularly meet, build relationships and review contracts with the media
  • Define, develop and deliver channel strategies for bids and pitches
  • Negotiate and agree supplier contracts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes
  • In-depth understanding of the US media landscape and exposure to the recruitment industry
  • Demonstrable ability to use market intelligence and analyze market trends
  • Experience within an agency or in-house environment
  • Experience of managing, coaching and developing people / virtual teams
