A consulting business that offers outsourced jobs all over the United States is filling a position for a Telecommute Media Strategy Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Regularly meet, build relationships and review contracts with the media
- Define, develop and deliver channel strategies for bids and pitches
- Negotiate and agree supplier contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes
- In-depth understanding of the US media landscape and exposure to the recruitment industry
- Demonstrable ability to use market intelligence and analyze market trends
- Experience within an agency or in-house environment
- Experience of managing, coaching and developing people / virtual teams
