Job Summary

A major healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicaid Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a work plan to prepare the practice for VBP contracting with Risk-sharing, if appropriate
  • Set annual business plan with portfolio and full accountability to meet the business plan objectives
  • Drive Medical Economics to track/trend drivers of high BCR and facilitate interventions to address associated trends

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of experience working with C-suite executives and/or Senior Clinical Leaders
  • 7+ years of working experience within healthcare operations, clinical services, network, products and benefits
  • 4+ years of experience demonstrating ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw a conclusion
  • 3+ years of managing staff directly or through a matrix environment
  • 3+ years of analytical, financial, project management and problem solving experience
