Job Summary
A healthcare consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicaid Eligibility Advocate Team Leader in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to all operational policies and procedures
- Enforcing disciplinary action as warranted concerning any employee misconduct
- Responding to daily questions and concerns raised by hospital staff/management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum three years of hospital/medical business office experience
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, practices and procedures
- Understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and the clinic/corporation
- High school diploma (equivalent)
