Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medicaid Health Services Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Actively participating in the implementation and planning prior to program roll-out
- Monitoring program performance and compliance metrics against targets
- Conducting regular meetings with staff to address issues and concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attends and actively participates in on-site meetings
- Active, unrestricted licensed RN in state of Virginia
- Medicaid / MLTSS experience in the state of Virginia working with DMAS
- 4+ years of management experience within healthcare
- 2+ years operations experience inclusive of managing to metrics, targets / performance
- 2+ years of experience with case management, or disease management or care coordination
