Job Summary
A healthcare platform provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Billing EDI Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Complete and submit EDI and ERA enrollment forms on behalf of Billing Service members
- Track all enrollment related items in CRM and ticketing systems
- Forward EDI and ERA enrollment forms and instructions to members and set reasonable expectations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year experience working with medical billing systems or claims processing or a combination
- Knowledge of EDI/ERA enrollments
- Proven experience with HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
- Understand the ins and outs of EDI/ERA enrollments
- Ability to work with spreadsheets
- Effectively manage projects
